  • Services: Our Logo & Branding services involve creative work tailored specifically to you. Timelines and deliverables will depend on the package purchased.

  • Digital Products: Files such as brand style guides are delivered electronically. Once delivered, they are non-refundable (see our Refund Policy).

  • You may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of any files or designs purchased without prior written consent from NestDesign.

3. Payments

  • All payments are processed securely through Shopify checkout.

  • Prices are listed in USD and may be updated at any time without notice.

  • Your purchase grants you a personal or business use license for the delivered files. You do not own the copyright unless explicitly stated in writing.

4. Revisions & Delivery

  • Each package includes a set number of revisions, as described on the product page. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

  • Delivery timelines may vary based on project complexity. Estimated timelines will be communicated after purchase.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All designs created by NestDesign remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.

  • Once payment is completed, the agreed usage rights transfer to you as per the package purchased.

  • We reserve the right to showcase completed designs in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from the use of our services or digital products.

  • We do not guarantee that our services or digital files will meet every expectation, but we will make reasonable efforts to deliver high-quality results.

7. Termination of Service

  • We may terminate or suspend services if you violate these Terms.

  • In such cases, no refunds will be provided if work has already begun.
