Thank you for shopping at NestDesign. Our products consist of digitally delivered design bundles, which means access is granted instantly after purchase.

Eligibility for Refunds

We offer a 14-day refund policy only under specific conditions:

  • You have not accessed, downloaded, or used the digital content.
  • Your request is made within 14 days of your original purchase.
  • The issue is technical or access-related, and we’re unable to resolve it.

Non-Refundable Conditions

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • The product has been accessed or downloaded.
  • You changed your mind after purchase.
  • Your purchase was made during a promotion or sale.
  • You purchased by mistake but still received access.

Exchanges

As our products are non-physical digital files, we do not offer exchanges. If you'd like to try another bundle, please purchase it separately.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being delivered into the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days — only if the digital product has not yet been accessed or delivered.

Once content is accessed or emailed, this right is void under EU digital goods regulation.

Refund Process

Once your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
